Rik Klotzbach joined the Apex team in 2024 as a Business Development Specialist. In his role, Rik focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, building professional networks, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
A licensed CPA in Arizona, Rik brings a wealth of experience to Apex. Since 2013, he has worked in public accounting as an auditor and consultant, gaining deep expertise in his field. Additionally, Rik expanded his knowledge and skills during his time as a Lead Audit Manager in internal audit for Wells Fargo.
Rik earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University, further solidifying his foundation in the profession.
When not working, Rik enjoys traveling, hiking, playing golf, and learning new languages. His passion for language and culture is exemplified by his fluency in German and his frequent travels to Germany and Austria, where he enjoys immersing himself in local traditions and landscapes.
With his diverse experience, technical expertise, and global perspective, Rik is a valuable addition to the Apex team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering growth within the firm and its client base.
