Justin Guimond | CPA

Tax Supervisor



Justin joined Apex as a Tax Supervisor at in 2024. Justin will primarily focus on tax planning, tax strategy, and profit optimization for small and middle-market enterprises.

Justin has 3.5 years of experience in the Asset & Wealth Management group at PricewaterhouseCoopers serving private equity funds, credit funds, real estate funds, and other alternative investment opportunities. Justin also has 2 years of experience in individual and small to middle-market business taxation through multiple internships. Justin is a United States Marine Corps veteran with 4 years of service and attained the rank of Corporal.

Justin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois with a master’s degree in taxation from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois – Chicago.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and family and is an avid Chicago sports fan. He also stays active in the Sycamore 16″ softball league and by working on his golf game. Justin recently married in November and is looking forward to growing his family with his wife, Briana.
