OUR PEOPLE
Bethany joined the Apex team in 2019 as a Tax Manager. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and works to provide strategic and forward thinking financial advice. Bethany’s focus is on tax compliance, planning, and research, and she also assists clients with various business advisory services.
Bethany received her BA degree in Psychology from Aurora University and later pursued additional education in accounting and business and received her license as a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career in 2007, managing financial operations for a small agriculture and commercial trucking business. She has since worked at several public accounting firms, with an emphasis on providing tax services to high net worth individuals and their related businesses.
Bethany is a member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society and is a past board member of the Kendall County Fair Association. She currently resides in North Aurora with her husband, Joe their new baby boy Cameron and two dachshund mix dogs, Tilly & Dorrie.. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, gardening, and traveling to warm and sunny locations.
