Team members receive Apex Bucks every time they are recognized for going above and beyond to make the firm more innovative. Whether it is improving the way we do things, enhancing a client’s experience or contributing toward a positive culture, the team member is recognized and they earn “Apex Bucks” that they can accumulate and use in a quarterly silent auction to purchase items like an Apple TV, gift cards or a personal day off.
