Ressa, Ideas is a family-owned and operated metalworking additive manufacturer.  With an office in Lombard, Illinois and a manufacturing facility just outside Chicago, Ideas prides itself on offering top quality additives to their customers worldwide. In addition, Ideas provides formulation assistance and custom processing services to many of its compound blenders.  A lot has changed in the last 35 years, but one thing has not and that is Ideas' committment to producing high quality products, tailor-made to meet the needs of their customers.

Dan Chally, Partner
Dan Chally is a partner with OnPath Financial, LLC. Dan holds advanced degrees in Finance from the University of Illinois and Northern Illinois University and taught undergraduate and graduate level courses in Investments, Corporate Finance and Financial Markets at Northern Illinois University. Dan holds FINRA Series 7, 31, and 66 securities licenses held through LPL Financial as well as several state life, health and long term care insurance licenses. Dan’s practice is focused on helping individuals to build wealth while also managing risk. He serves as an independent advocate to educate and assist clients in their effort to make effective and sustainable financial decisions.

Dan extends his service to the community by serving as a board member of Tri-Cities Family Services and actively volunteering in many local organizations including scouting and youth sports.  Dan and his family have called the tri-city area home for several years.

Craig Morgan, Senior Vice President/Investments
Craig Morgan is a Senior Vice President/Investments with Stifel Nicolaus. He has extensive experience in helping clients pursue their long-term goals in the areas of investments and planning, issues surrounding estate planning, and tax-reduction strategies. A 1976 graduate of St. Joseph College with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, he also holds Series 3, 7, 8, 63, and 66 securities licenses as well as insurance, variable life, and annuity licenses.

Craig’s community affiliations include serving as a board member of the St. Charles Country Club, co-chairman of the St. Charles Country Club Charity, and a director of Delnor Hospital and Delnor Health Systems. He has previously served as an officer of the St. Charles Morning Rotary and as a committee member of the St. John Neumann Church endowment committee.

A St. Charles resident since 1970, Craig and his wife, Darlene, have two children, Megan and C.J. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and traveling.
